WHAT SIZE DO I NEED?
The Tubeless Rim Tape that you go for should be matched up with the size of your wheel's internal rim width. You should be able to find this measurement on the inside of your rim, or alternatively check your bike's manufacturer's guide online. Failing that, it's time to dig out a trusty ruler and measure it yourself!
If your rim width doesn't match up exactly with our sizes below, just go for the next size up.

HOW TO
- Remove Ball Valve: First, remove the ball valve body, cap, locking ring & O-ring from the valve stem.
- Choose Base: Choose the correct rubber base for your rim type. Rims with a curved rim section will use the circular rubber base. Rims with a square rim section will use the square rubber base. Slide this down to the bottom of the valve stem. (If your rim has a larger valve hole and the smaller circular fitment is too loose, use the larger circular fitment to plug the hole).
- Push Valve Stem Into Hole: Now push the valve stem into the hole in the rim and push it right the way through. Then place the rubber 0-ring onto the valve stem and slide it all the way down until it meets the rim.

Unit price perThe Muc-Off Crank Preload Ring is a super durable, precision CNC machined 7075 piece of hardware.
It allows you to precisely adjust the ‘preload’ tension on the bottom bracket bearings. What does this do? It helps to remove the side-to-side play and slack in thru-spindle bottom brackets, to help maximise the life of your bottom bracket bearing, as well as giving you a creak-free ride. It also comes in our classic anodised colours for added bling!
It fits onto the left crank arm of any mountain, gravel or road bikes that have SRAM, RaceFace or Easton 30mm spindle cranks, or SRAM DUB 28.99mm spindles installed.
Our precision crank pre-load ring fits onto the left crank arm of:

HOW TO
SRAM 30MM SPINDLES
Tools required: Alongside your usual bike tools required to remove your cranks, you’ll also need a bottle of thread lock (Loctite 638 or similar).
- Place the bike in a bike stand.
- Either remove the chain completely or remove it from the front chainring.
- Remove the entire crankset according to manufactures instructions.Loosen the bolt on the OEM crank ring with an appropriately sizedtool.
- Turn the ring clockwise one full turn.
- Tighten the bolt.
- Pull on the crank ring to remove the entire assembly, including thespacer ring.
- Place the OEM crank ring to one side, this will not be reused.
- Clean the crank spindle thoroughly using Muc-Off Bio Degreaser.
- Unbox the ‘Muc-Off Crank Pre-Load Ring’.
- Slide the appropriate Muc-Off spacer ring onto the crank spindle.
- Check you have the correct size installed, it should be a tight fit, the spacer ring should not wobble.
- Remove the spacer ring and apply a small amount of thread lock to the area of the spindle where the spacer ring will be located.
- Slide the spacer ring back onto the spindle.
- Wipe away any excess thread lock - Avoid getting any onto thethreads.
- Rotate the spacer half a turn to ensure good thread lock coverage
- Leave the thread lock to set for 24 hours.
- Screw the Pre-Load Ring onto the spacer until it’s finger tight.
- Reinstall the crankset onto the bike.
- Unscrew the Preload Ring following the directional arrows, until ittouches the bottom bracket bearing.This does not need to be tight,just enough to stop the crankset frommoving.
- Tighten the stainless bolt to 1Nm torque with a 2mm Hex Key.
- Give the cranks a spin to ensure everything is moving smoothly. Ifthere is too much resistance, loosen the bolt and back off the Preload Ring slightly.
Periodically spray a protectant such as HCB-1, MO-94 or Bike Spray onto body to ensure there is zero corrosion.
RACEFACE®
Tools required: Alongside your bike tools to remove your cranks you will also require a bottle of thread lock (Loctite 638 or similar)
- Place the bike in a bike stand
- Either remove the chain completely or remove it from the front chainring.
- Remove the entire crankset according to manufacture instructions. Loosen the bolt on the Raceface crank ring with an appropriately sized tool.
- Unscrew the existing Raceface preload ring and remove it from the spindle.
- Place the OEM crank ring to one side, this will not be reused.
- Clean the crank spindle thoroughly using Muc-Off Bio Degreaser.
- Unbox the Muc-Off Crank Preload Ring.
- Screw the Preload ring onto the spacer until it is finger tight. (You will not need a spacer ring.)
- Reinstall the crankset to the bike.
- Unscrew the Preload Ring in the direction the arrows shows until it touches the bottom bracket bearing. This does not need to be tight, just enough to stop the crankset from moving.
- Tighten the stainless bolt to 1Nm torque with a 2mm Hex Key
- Give the cranks a spin to ensure everything is moving smoothly. If there is too much resistance, loosen the bolt and back off the Preload Ring slightly. RACE FACE® is a registered trademark. SRAM™ is a registered trademark.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

HOW TO
- Identify the source of the puncture and remove the debris or puncture source
- Remove the tool from your bars using a 4mm Allen key. (If tool is pre-loaded skip to step 5) Start by using the integrated knurled reamer on the tool to clean and roughen up the hole to ensure a perfect seal.
- If the puncture requires the medium or larger worms then ream the hole several times with the knurled area of the tool, make sure you use a 45 degree angle and follow the direction of the tyre to ensure you don’t damage your tubeless tape or the tyre wall!
- Now Grab a tyre worm (you may need to use the tool to help slide out the worms). The largest size is for MTB tyres the medium for gravel tyres and the small for road tyres, but you can select the best one for your sized hole. Now pinch one end of the worm hard between your fingers to flatten it out. (If using the thin worm thread through the tip at the end of the tool, not the main larger slot)
- Thread through gap at the end of the tool so the worm is now sitting centrally on the tool.
- Locate the puncture hole then insert the tool through the hole (at a 45 degree angle and follow the direction of the tyre to ensure you don’t damage your tubeless tape or the tyre wall!) until the worm is around halfway through the tyre. Ensure the ends of the worm remain on the outside of the tire.
- Turning the tool slowly clockwise a few revolutions to twist the worm inside the tire and slowly pull up to remove – leaving the worm in your tyre and the hole plugged.
- Re-inflate tyre to your desired pressure. (We recommend a max of 80 PSI on a road bike!)
- Finally, using the knife carefully trim the worm ends. We suggest standing on the non-drive side of your bike and cutting away from the bike. Trim plugs down so there is a minimum of 3-5mm still sticking out of the tyre. (Caution – this is one sharp knife so please use with care and always cut away from your body and not too close to your fingers!!
- Now you’re ready to roll!

HOW TO
- Firstly, remove the valve cap, locking ring and o-ring from the valve stem.
- Using the valve core remover which was included in your Tubeless Valves set, remove the existing valve core.
- Now push the valve stem into the hole in the rim and push it right the way though. Then place the rubber 0-ring onto the valve stem and slide it all the way down until it meets the rim.
- Screw the locking ring onto the valve stem and tighten down above the o-ring. This sandwiches between the locking ring and the rim. Push firmly down on the valve base inside the rim as you tighten the locking ring. Keep pushing until the locking rick is hand tight and the rubber o-ring squashes out. This way you know you've created a good air tight seal.
- TIP - don't over tighten as this can cause leaking. Finish by screwing on your preferred valve cap.
- Use the valve core removal tool (integrated into spare alloy cap) to remove the core and fill with no puncture hassle tubeless sealant and inflate! Job Done.
TOP TIP- Spray with Bike Protect or MO-94 before installing.

Application is as simple as squeezing it through your Presta valve or adding it straight into the tyre, and thanks to our advanced polymer technology, the sealant bonds to the inside tyre wall like a suit of armour, ready for battle the second a puncture strikes.

HOW TO
- Shake pouch vigorously before use, now turn pouch over to check particles are mixed. Put your bike in a work stand if possible. Remove the core of your Presta valve (if you have non-removable valve cores, simply pour directly into your unseated tyre and remount).
- Ensure pouch is thoroughly shaken right before filling. With the valve at the 12 o’clock position, and using the non-drive side of the bike, push the pouch over the valve and rotate the valve to the 6 o’clock position. Squeeze in the desired amount and fold the pouch to the desired fill line, re-insert the valve core and inflate the tyre in accordance with your manufacturer’s recommendations.
- Repeatedly spin the wheel, shake it from side to side and hey presto, you’re now ready to rock ‘n’ roll! Regularly check the amount in each tyre and simply top up as needed.
- Before adding our sealant into your tyre, make sure any other sealant has been thoroughly removed before hand. If you get sealant on your frame, parts or clothing remove as quickly as possible with clean water and a cloth. Try not to let the sealant dry before you can wash your kit properly at home!
KEY TIP! Ask Siri/Meta/Google or Alexa to add a reminder to your phone to check your tyres and sealant in 3-6 months. *If using in hot conditions (+35°C) simply top up if needed and check every couple of months.
